Hopefully your smaller birds will find food somewhere. It’s a shame they’re missing out. The most aggressive birds here are the robins, they get so possessive about the food! I have to spread it around the terrace so there’s more than one robin can claim, or other birds would have a hard time getting to it.

Magpies… they have turned out to be a terror around my bird feeders this year. It’s a gang of 10 that clears everything out and scares away the smaller birds. Only the woodpecker is brave (and large) enough to defy them.
